Crazy Red Robin Trailer Set Up

Current progress of Red Robin, taken October 9, 2008.

For the last two days Dan has been getting the hiring trailer set up near the new site of the Red Robin. Thursday was a very long day. It all started with me dropping him off at the shuttle site at 7:30 a.m. for him to go to Las Vegas and pick up his boss. Dan and his boss then proceeded to several meetings with vendors that they had scheduled in Las Vegas. They didn't make it into St. George until 4:30 or so and they still needed to go out and find and buy the decorations for the trailer. Dan hired my friend and neighbor to be his assistant/bookkeeper and she had been at the trailer cleaning it all morning. She had to clean urine off of one of the doors on the inside of the trailer. Disgusting. Once Dan and his boss got into town we all drove across town to the party supply store and bought a bunch of red, white and blue decorations. We had decided to go with the patriotic theme for the trailer. The kids and I ended up going home around 6:30 and Dan didn't get home until midnight. The next morning Dan was out the door by 8:30 and running around town with his boss getting more stuff done. His assistant was at the trailer by 9:00 to start the decorating. I went over to the trailer around 12:00 or so to help out. We spent all day decorating and Dan's boss didn't think there was enough decorations, so I drove across town again to the party store at 5:00 to buy more "dangly" decorations (as his boss put it). When I got back we put up all the new decorations and now finally the trailer is fully decorated.
