Shaving and a Mini Trip to Sandy

My mom bought Thomas this little Spiderman faux shaving kit, I think for Christmas. He looked so cute sitting in the tub shaving that I had to get a picture of him.

Dan had to be in Salt Lake for a business meeting on Wednesday and he has Thursdays off, so we decided to make a mini vacation of the time off. We drove up Tuesday night and got there just before bedtime. Jacyn was having fun posing with my parent's dog, Coal.

Then later on she climbed into Coal's bed with my Dad's cell phone and fell asleep.

We spent most of the time hanging out in my parent's backyard. It's so nice back there and the weather was perfect. Here's a picture of my Mom.

My other bestfriend Bridgett and her 3 month old, Frankie. She is such a cute little baby with lots of hair and a great temperment. It's so awesome to finally see Bridgey as a Mom.

My former neighbor Tricia and her daughter Kayla came to visit us while we were in town too, it was so much fun to see everyone. Here's Jacyn and Kayla eating some otterpops.

We had such a fun time visiting with everyone. Our trips to Sandy never last long enough. I was glad to leave when we did though, because the weather turned bad and it got coooold up there. Makes me appreciate home that much more.
