Day trip to Brian Head

After the overheating problem we had with the van when driving back from our last trip to my parent's house Dan decided that we needed to do a mini-trip to test the van out, to make sure it was really running good before I did that drive again. I'm going back up to my parent's the weekend of August 8th for some parties for my sister's upcoming marriage. We decided to drive to Brian Head to get out of the heat. It was beautiful day and on the way up there we saw all these beautiful wild flowers. We stopped at Cedar Breaks and took in the view.

When we got to Brian Head we decided to take the tram ride up to the top of the mountain.

Here's the view from the top. It was really beautiful up there and with the wind blowing actually felt a little chilly.

Before heading back down the tram Jacyn decided to pick me some flowers. It was so sweet.
